Chanakya , or also called Kautilya or Vishnugupta. He was born in Pataliputra, Magadha (present day Bihar, India). and later moved to Taxila, in Gandhara area (presently in Pakistan). He was an educator (acharya) of political theory at the Takshashila University and later the Prime Minister of the Emperor Chandragupta Maurya.
He is known to be as one of the most punctual known political scholars, financial experts and ruler producers.
